We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary based on your PIN code and courier partner serviceability.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–8 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Delays & Exceptions

MakhanaX is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be cancelled or re-shipped at our discretion.

If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package for quick resolution.
